I reserved an economy car and when I went to pick it up, a blonde woman with glasses said we only have minivans. No apology. Never offered to check other locations. No customer service whatsoever. Her main focus was what to order for lunch. Save your time and go elsewhere.
There is a worker at this business named Sarah. She is not honest / She talks nonsense a lot. I do not recommend rental car from here.
Arrived at 930 for a 10 am prepaid reservation. Did not make it to front of line till 1115. Car not available unknown wait time. Many people in lobby with same issue. Do not rent from here. Told me I could not get my money back because it was prepaid even though they could not provide the service. Will dispute with credit card. Again do not rent from here. Trust all the one star reviews
STAY AWAY. These folks are criminals posing as a car rental dealership. I left my phone on the front desk, walked out, immediately realized I had left it on the desk after showing a photo of the odometer to the desk clerk Liliana. I walked back in and was told by Liliana that she never saw it. My wife called the number, and someone back at the garage answered and wanted $20 for its safe return.
