Coming back from a trip, having totalled my car right before, and had all kinds of issues renting a car on my end. Veronica was nothing but courteous and helpful in my three visits to her that day. Tenia un reserva desde hace una semana ,para el dia de hoy 16 hasta el lunes 19, a las 5 de la tarde,de dirijo al sitio indicado de mi reserva en south Boulevard , me informan que no hay carros, realice la confirmación de mi reserva con muchas horas de antelación, de alli me enviaron al hotel hilton y tampoco hay carros ,me envia al aeropuerto,donde debo esperar 2 horas para obtener mi carro y tenia un precio totalmente diferente más de 150$ del que costaba mi reserva confirmada y al final he tenido que irme sin mi carro.
