Awful awful awful!!! The “manager and owner” was so incredibly rude that I just canceled my reservation. While there she also was rude to SEVERAL other customers. Should not be at this location or work in customer service at all. Absolutely choose a different location if you absolutely have to rent a car
NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE... I reserved the car and when I get there they tell me that they don't have any cars . They acted rude and I couldn't get a refund from the store I had to go call there support number. I've read the reviews on here and a lot of them say the same thing that this place is garbage. Go to Enterprise they took good care of me.
