Follow-up: that day they told me to go to the airport to pick up a vehicle. They wanted to charge me a higher rate. I told them to cancel my rental and I was did not get a refund. I called for a refund and I was charged the same day cancellation fee of $150. I didn’t find out until I only received a partial refund. I called and finally got the remainder. Had a great experience renting from this location. Both pickup and dropoff were quick and seamless. The staff there were accommodating and presented/toured the multiple options available for what I prepaid as well as helped me upgrade to a larger vehicle with no fuss. If you aren't looking for a rental by the airport or in Arlington, highly recommend this location!
I have been a Budget FastBreak member for many years! I continue to try and try with them but it never fails that there will be some kind of situation that makes me question why I still deal with them. I am actually done now! For the 3rd time in a row, I have reserved a vehicle WEEKS in advance...two of the instances, I prepaid...only for them to contact me JUST BEFORE my pickup time and say they have no cars and I have to find a different location to reserve from.
