I have been a Budget FastBreak member for many years! I continue to try and try with them but it never fails that there will be some kind of situation that makes me question why I still deal with them. I am actually done now! For the 3rd time in a row, I have reserved a vehicle WEEKS in advance...two of the instances, I prepaid...only for them to contact me JUST BEFORE my pickup time and say they have no cars and I have to find a different location to reserve from. I recently had a fantastic experience with this Budget location on S. Cooper Street. We needed a weekly rental for the family, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I especially want to highlight the young man who assisted us—he provided excellent service, was incredibly professional, and made sure my family was well taken care of. It’s rare to get this level of attention at car rental counters. I’ll definitely be using this location again for our future needs in Arlington!
Horrible, maleducados, poca predisposicion para ayudar al cliente extranjero. Soy de España y asisti a esta oficina a recoger el coche que había ya prepagado y reservado. Nos pidieron la identificacion y tarjetas de credito del titular de la licencia. Las tarjetas de credito en España (por proteccion de datos) no tiene los numeros atrás ni CVV se los dabamos digitales y no la queria recibir de esa manera, entiendo que es un requisito pero la persona que nos atendio desde el primer contacto ya era irrespetuosa sin darnos opci... read more
Great experience! I had a problem with my rental agreement from the Airport location, and stopped here to get it taken care of. It was fixed super fast, and saved me a trip back to the airport!
