Ms. Tiffany is amazing! Customer Service is 2nd to none. Saturday I watched her take care of me and 3 others without making us feel like she was overwhelmed or impatient. She treats customers with care. I had some issues that caused a delay but was able to return Sunday. Ms. Tiffany made sure I was good both days! I was able to book a car online and then received a call 20 min prior to my pick up time that they had zero cars available...there were several options online to book. It's my nephews birthday and now I'm struggling to find a way to go see him. terrible.
