Update: Both Budget and the owner Dave were to reach out to me over the poor shape the car was in. No one has contacted me. So just going to list all that was wrong with the rental. Two tires had to be refilled with Air even though the agent filled one. The car had been smoked in and was not treated, agent was told and marked on my copy of the agreement. Just go to Enterprise! Terrible customer service at this location. There was no vehicle available when I arrived for my scheduled rental and the associate was very rude and unaccommodating. Then she lied about the vehicle availability and waited an hour to give me a car that had actually been there the entire time claiming she “pushed back my reservation”. So the one poor person trying to run the place does the best she can. At one point today there were 6 people waiting to rent a car. The first car she tried to place me in was dirty and she realized it. The second car had low tire pressure and smelled of smoke. I finally just took the car honestly because I felt bad for the people waiting. I made sure it was marked that the car had been smoked in.
