The lady that works at the front desk. It's so sweet and so nice and very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will go back just for her service.
Corporate kinda threw them under the bus but they bent over backward to help me out.
⭐ 1 Star I booked and paid for a car rental through the phone , only to be told after payment that the car I reserved was not available. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. If a car isn’t available, it should not be listed as bookable—especially when payment is required upfront. There was no proper communication, and I was left stranded without the vehicle I planned for. This experience wasted my time and disrupted my travel plans. I expected far better from a professional service. Be cautious when booking here!!
Long waiting line over an hour the service provider is not respectfully super slow and ignorance plus hidden fee’s unclean car .when picked the car not the proper service location she tald me line 30 E in budget car line but the don’t have that number on there but we go to avis car rental so word I spend over 1:30 hours for pickup with a kids so many problems when you arrive there strongly not recommended.
