Choose this place only if you are okay with ruining your travel plans. I reserved and paid for an 8 seater SUV 3 weeks in advance. The morning we were going out of town, I go to pick up the car and was told sorry we don’t have to car you reserved but can instead offer you a minivan (who wants a minivan). I argued for a few minutes and the person named Arnold checked and said they have one at Burbank so I can go pick it up there.
