Best budget I’ve been to by far. Arnold made things so easy for me and I’m definitely coming here again for my next rental.
Choose this place only if you are okay with ruining your travel plans. I reserved and paid for an 8 seater SUV 3 weeks in advance. The morning we were going out of town, I go to pick up the car and was told sorry we don’t have to car you reserved but can instead offer you a minivan (who wants a minivan). I argued for a few minutes and the person named Arnold checked and said they have one at Burbank so I can go pick it up there.
