Unfortunately, our experience with this Avis/Budget location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We scheduled our Sunday pickup for 9:30 AM, during their posted weekend hours of 9 AM–noon. After being unable to get confirmation for their pickup service, we paid for an Uber from our hotel to the location. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 10 AM. Wanted a 16 foot truck but they only had a 26 foot truck available. Outside of the truck looked good. I had 2 friends help me load my furniture into the truck. We drove to a storage opened the truck and realized the floor and walls and my furniture was filled with eggs and bugs. I almost threw up. Went to return the truck left my property inside. Absolutely worst experience. I arrived to be told they don't have any cars available. WHAT!?!? What kind of rental company has no cars?!! They didn't care about it and the two reps were ridiculously rude. One in particular blamed management for the mishap. The employees basically said that this happens often and management doesn't care. I have the entire conversation recorded to my phone and will be sending to cooperate.
