Absolutely worst experience. I arrived to be told they don't have any cars available. WHAT!?!? What kind of rental company has no cars?!! They didn't care about it and the two reps were ridiculously rude. One in particular blamed management for the mishap. The employees basically said that this happens often and management doesn't care. I have the entire conversation recorded to my phone and will be sending to cooperate. I pick up a one way rental car from Oceanside Budget. Car is dirty. Ac not working. Half tank of fuel mark full tank. Bad services . What wrong with you guys. Totally unacceptable. I try to call local location. It went to headquarters. Bed business practice.
