They will find a way to lie to you and charge you extra. I was charged double the original fee and did not get the car I originally rented because Budget will lie, locations and help lines. I got a 5 year old car that wasn't in the class I rented. That smelled like a donkey spent the night in it, and there were also cobwebs everywhere. Their helpline is useless and will keep you on hold for an hour hoping you will disconnect before they admit theyre useless and can't do anything.

I have rented vehicles from this location for 3 years, as my children are in travel sports. There is a gentleman, Chris, whom I have not seen at this location before. Be very careful when renting from him. First, he closes the door locked it and closed the blinds while I was the only other person there. Then he proceeded to express the benefit of renting an electric car , you are not required to return it charged. He did not inspect the vehicle at checkout and rented a dirty car. A lady behind the desk was very helpful to me. I got exactly the vehicle I needed. When I returned it I had found EarPods belonged to a previous renter and this was so happy I found them. She thanked me for that. I hope she shipped them to original owners. Very trustworthy staff.
