A little disappointed that the insurance was more than the rental. Otherwise good customer service.
I rented a Kia Niro. He gave me a different ev car. Did not include the adapter to use at tesla charging stations. In my surroundings most of the charging stations were for tesla. If I came across a non charging station of tesla it would either not work, required to download an app that would not find location you are at or broken. In less than 3 days of rental. Had over 10 charging stations not work in approximately of work and home. Found a super charge location 30 min away to over charge me for approximately 80% of batter... read more
Great service and very kind customer service
I made a rental reservation for a specific type of vehicle. When I arrived, they did not even have this vehicle. I ended up having to turn around and rent from somewhere else. Customer service is atrocious.
They will scam you!! They charged us twice as much for our rental! Customer service was awful with corporate, we are incredibly disappointed with this company.
