I was traveling through Chattanooga when I got a flat tire. AAA put on my doughnut tire and drove to Firestone on Market St. Bret got me in right away and I decided it was time to get all new tires. I was very happy with the service.
Unusual & not easy to find or get to. It's across the driveup from the Westin's front doors. They do run credit reports if paying via debit card, so be aware. Front staff are kind & multi-lingual.
This review is specifically for Jacqueline at the Spruce Street location. She was so helpful and kind when we were in a pinch. 5 stars the best customer service I've received from a car rental company. Thank you!
ADDITION 3/17/25: Just adding that I followed the request below and sent my info to that email, only for them to email me back a generic 'sorry, call this number'. Okay so... what was the point of me sending you anything? Obviously I've already tried calling every number I can find with no answer. Absolutely ridiculous customer service to make that comment publicly and then take 10 days to say 'sorry we can't help' with a literal typo in the email.
