Please train staff/management to do their jobs and stop being lazy. They are not inspecting vehicles upon pick up and are requesting customers to report car mileage upon returning. These are NOT the responsibilities of the customers! Will be sticking with Enterprise where they do their jobs.
The older woman on the desk Thursday morning 8/20 was rude, dismissive and unprofessional...at least to some people. With others she was very nice.
Customer service is horrible
I prepaid online in full. When I picked up the car, the lady didn’t ask for any signature and instead handed me a folded up, stapled shut document. It turns out she added extra expenses without my signature or approval. This is just not worth my time to deal with this. I rent cars multiple times a year and don’t need to worry about random charges and trusting who is behind the counter.
