Dina is amazing! If you want great customer service, this is the place to go. Way better then the other rental places in Dover. I watched how she interacted with her every customer that came to that counter, she was 100% consistent in her approach. FAST & FRIENDLY. I highly recommend this location based on her.
When I went to pick up my rental the two ladies there were amazing, unfortunate upon returning the rental I was met with a disgusting attitude. She ignored me upon entry, accused me of not being who I said I was, and I charged for gas without telling me.
