The most unorganized place ever. They never answer the phone. If they do they’re rude and talk over you. They never explain important things. She said I didn’t return the car full of gas which is a lie. I’ll never use this business again. But then again it’s Dover De.
Be careful booking online. My family and I usually book online and pay in full to get a small discount; however, it seems like whoever is booking from their Virginia location ends up using our credit card to pay for their gym membership. It happened to us in July 2025 of this year and again in August 2025. We are now in the process AGAIN of disputing the gym membership charges for BLINK FITNESS SPRINGFIELD VA that one of Budget Rental employees and/or family members charged to our credit card for this gym membership.
