Customer service is horrible
I prepaid online in full. When I picked up the car, the lady didn’t ask for any signature and instead handed me a folded up, stapled shut document. It turns out she added extra expenses without my signature or approval. This is just not worth my time to deal with this. I rent cars multiple times a year and don’t need to worry about random charges and trusting who is behind the counter.
Dina is amazing! If you want great customer service, this is the place to go. Way better then the other rental places in Dover. I watched how she interacted with her every customer that came to that counter, she was 100% consistent in her approach. FAST & FRIENDLY. I highly recommend this location based on her.
