I’m usually good about reading reviews But I truly missed the mark with this one. This has to be one of the worst budget there could ever be at the superior location downtown Cleveland I’ve come to the conclusion a lot of kids must be renting the vehicles or having someone rent for them because it shows… .the first car had an oder and was dirty inside. Pick up and drop off was so easy. I also had to extend the rental for 3 more days and it was n no problem at all. The car was also really nice and clean.
