I made a reservation for this location for an SUV this past Friday. Upon arriving it was only one person at the counter taking care of people. When I walked in it was Asian man and African couple. The Asian man was there before the couple he skipped the Asian man and took the African couple. The Asian man says I don’t know what order he is going in but I was here first. I’m usually good about reading reviews But I truly missed the mark with this one. This has to be one of the worst budget there could ever be at the superior location downtown Cleveland I’ve come to the conclusion a lot of kids must be renting the vehicles or having someone rent for them because it shows… .the first car had an oder and was dirty inside. Pick up and drop off was so easy. I also had to extend the rental for 3 more days and it was n no problem at all. The car was also really nice and clean.
