I booked the reservation for 9:00 a.m. on a Friday but I ended up showing up around 1:00. Despite being a few hours late for my reservation they still didn't have a car available for me and he said it would take at least an hour so I went across the street and enterprise sorted me in about 20 minutes. Also the agent behind the counter took a personal call while there is multiple people in line.
Seriously the best staff ever. Always helpful and quick. 10/10 recommend!
Very easy to book and fast. The only thing is that we booked an SUV and received a saloon
