The worst experience I have ever had, understaffed and overbooked, ran out of cars, the staff at one point walked away leaving at least 50 people standing in line. Customers were irate which did not help but understandable. Neve using Budget again... Had to ultimately go with hertz, just to get a car. Then th6e charged me a cancellation fee after the6 seemed to have run out of cars...
Lied to my face! The guy looked me DEAD IN THE FACE and said it would cost $211. We talked for a while; I told him I was using the car to move to New York City and start a new chapter. I liked him! I clarified with him the total cost like 3 times to be completely sure. He said $211 and I signed a piece of paper that said $211. Unfortunately, when I returned the car, the ultimate cost was $380. I saved for months to move to New York! I had way more than $380-- I gladly would have paid that, since I needed this vehicle in a pi... read more
