Extremely disappointing experience with this Budget location. I was already having a rough day — my flight had lost my luggage, so I was left with only what I was wearing and my wallet, and I was rushing to make it to a wedding. I had a paid prebooked rental. Despite explaining my situation, the staff didn't record any of the existing damage on the car before I drove off, and the car itself was dirty inside. I want to thank Sai and his team at Budget/Avis for consistently going above and beyond. They’ve helped me with last-minute rentals on multiple occasions, always providing clean vehicles and frequently upgrading me when possible. Their customer service is outstanding professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A 10/10 experience every time. Highly recommend!
Never ever ever rent from this place. Worst customer service ever. And the cars piles of junk.
I'd rather walk then rent here again. We've rented from budget exclusively for many years and this place really is a gem! The people who " work" the counter are just real pieces of work. Every person left that office with a little less self after dealing with these people. Just down right rude, empowered, useless humans. This is the worst service, and this company should be ashamed of themselves. We rented an SUV to get to CT from the Boston airport. We knew there was snow on our driveway after being away for 2 weeks. This is why we paid extra for an SUV! After traveling for well over 15 hours we finally got home to drop off our luggage and go return the SUV we rented.
