Employees including the manager, Chris, were extremely rude.
Counter clerks were grumpy and slow even though customers were waiting up to 2 hours to be served (none of the other counters had lines like this), car had trash in it, wasn’t washed, stunk like weed, and then two days later the car broke down (on my bday too) and their response was “we don’t have any other cars, it’s a tough weekend for us, but you should wait for the tow truck which will be 4 hours.” Drove that busted car to the local budget and left it. All the recent one star reviews are true. I spent more time waiting in line to pick up my rental car here than I did on the flight from Atlanta to Cleveland. I got in line at 7:45pm and wasn't on the road 9:30pm. There wasn't a line or wait like this at any other car rental company at this airport location besides Budget. I know car rental pickup lines can sometimes be slow, but this was extreme. One man working the counter with literally 25+ customers, reserving weeks ago did nothing for the 1 hour plus wait. Any company can prepare for an influx or at least have a reserved spot line? Craziness this is absurd
Did we could get a minivan but then there were none available. Our suv was great though. Reasonable pricing
