I rented a truck from Budget Truck Rental at 6060 Busch Blvd in Columbus, OH, and what I experienced was absolutely unacceptable. The truck I received was infested with roaches. I discovered them while loading my belongings and immediately contacted multiple Budget departments. Every time, I was passed around and told “that’s not my department.” No one took responsibility, and pest control was never sent out despite being told it would be.
