Nefastos , cobran extras sin Avisar. Me cargaron casi 198 dlls por "Ítems no incluidos en el paquete" cobraron casi 1.5 veces lo que me costo rentar el Auto , nada recomendables. Yo rentaba el carro siempre con ellos , pero viendo que hacen este tipo de cargos ya no son opción de renta , el personal hace y pide cosas sin autorización. NO RENTEN CON ELLOS. NEFASTOS

I recently rented from the IAH rental location this past weekend. The rental was set up as a fastbreak rental i went through the tedious process of verifying my Identification online days prior to the rental date however i never received an email with my rental car information other than confirmation of the actual rental. when i got to the airport there was no signage or any indications on where to go for the fastbreak rentals so i ended up standing in line for the better part of an hour and a half waiting which was ridiculo... read more
My primary motivator is if they make me stand in line for half hour to sell me insurance and gas I don’t want. Budget let me rent without the hassle thank you.
