Go anywhere else. When we showed up to pick up the car, they didn't have the car we reserved, so they tried to pass a smaller compact car off as "free upgrade". We were initially told we could drop the car off a day earlier if needed, then when we went to do so, it became a whole issue. They charged my mother incorrectly 3 separate times, and put thousands of charges on her credit card she is having to dispute. There were other issues, but to sum it up quickly - this place just sucks.
I received a call after I dropped off the car that said they were going to charge me up to $450 as a cleaning fee for pet hair but we have a Yorkie that does not shed. I also wiped clean the chairs and console before I dropped it off and there was only minor stuff on the floorboard. I think this is a scam from Budget Irving Airport Freeway and I will be calling Budget headquarters to complain as it seems there are many people online complaining about the same thing. Rented a car 1/3/26-1/6/26. Previously posted a google review about there being a screw in the tire and had low pressure before I got off the airport property. When I finally checked the pressure in the tire it was 8lbs. Called service which instructed me to come back to the airport (with a flat tire or change it and come back to the airport for a new car). I placed my booking online, when I took a ride reached there they were told to me that they don’t have any vehicles, System glitch , hahahaha old school people budget and Avis sucks, do it rely on their apps..
