I'm giving 2 stars cause my first time using them was fine. I've gotten two rentals why my car is being repaired. Spent over $1500 in the last month and half renting from them and I will NOT be returning. Dropped off a rental today that I've had for maybe 3wks and the older dude checks the car and comes back telling me he was going to charge me $125 because the car was dirty. This is the way I received this car on 12/04/2025 I mentioned it my to the individual that had attended us His response no problem that the individual driver before us left it to marked. Forward to today he tells my wife the car is dirty and had to clean it. On top of that the car has a tire with an air leak he tried to say it was the weather but only one tire kept deflating

When I scheduled a pickup for the rental at a specific time, I was told the day of after calling in no one would be available until a few hours later. I then had to schedule a last minute uber to get there. When I called the location on drop off day asking for a driver, I was told at 9 on the dot one would be available. When I dropped off the car and let the lady know this, she was rude towards me and told me that the driver could get there later than that agreed time. Went to the Irving Texas location off of W. Airport Freeway! The customer service was great, and the people were very knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly. I rented a 2024 Hyundai ELANTRA for a week. It was a great experience. Got a discount through being a Costco elite member. I will definitely be renting from them again. In the future.

Overall vehicle was good. But the budget staff was too confused and was not able to tell me about the extra payment. I booked a car which was Mini van Chrysler but he somehow told me to take Large Suv i.e Cheve Suburban which was 105 more than my actual reservation. I tried to ask receipt first before booking but he said to click on confirm button first on tab which was very irresponsible . And i had no option and choose the Suburban.
