I’ve booked with Avis three times now, and Debby has been amazing each time. She really took the time to understand what I needed, whether it was for a long drive or to move bags, and always found the right car for the job. Most recently, she got me a Volvo XC40, which was perfect. Super helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience. Thanks, Debby!
We have used this rental location for the last three years and have never had a problem! The cars were great, they even gave us an upgrade when our pickup looked like it was running late. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!
Why did my girlfriend call and talk to someone that said they had a car available and then she Ubers all the way there just to find out there are no cars available? Obviously this place doesn’t know how to run a business cause they sure as hell won’t get any of mine in the future.
This review is about the the company Budget, not this branch. I called them for an emergency same-day rental and paid. When I arrived at the location, they had no cars available and many other people experiencing the same problem. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund and I wasted time and money getting to the location.
