Made a reservation 3+ weeks in advance only to receive a phone call 45 mins before my pickup time that there are no 16’ trucks available anywhere in Columbus. Completely screwed over before we move in 12 hours and was only offered an apology from the Budget employee. Ended up paying hundreds of dollars more for a last minute UHaul reservation so if you want to rent a truck just spend the extra money at UHaul or Penske and avoid the headache during your move.
