I needed to run a vehicle and had made an appointment ahead of time. Upon my arrival, I realized I was a mere $5 short to rent the vehicle with the security deposit. The gentleman that took care of me went out of his way to find me a slightly cheaper deal so I could still rent the vehicle that I needed. It actually ended up saving me over $20! He was wonderful and I had a great experience.

We booked a 10ft cargo van two weeks in advance. When we arrived, was told that only a 16ft truck was available, which we obviously didn't need or feel safe in! So much for reservations - the least they could have done was to ring ahead before we wasted time and money ubering all the way to the location. Was offered 12ft if we went way out of town. Instead we went to the local Enterprise who sorted us out on the day for half the price we were going to pay originally. Lesson learned!
