April is a wonderful associate and if she’s not in management, promote her. She managed a hectic snowy day like a cool cucumber. So grateful!
Our go-to place to get a rental car. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
We booked a 10ft cargo van two weeks in advance. When we arrived, was told that only a 16ft truck was available, which we obviously didn't need or feel safe in! So much for reservations - the least they could have done was to ring ahead before we wasted time and money ubering all the way to the location. Was offered 12ft if we went way out of town. Instead we went to the local Enterprise who sorted us out on the day for half the price we were going to pay originally. Lesson learned!
Going to any other budget location besides this one is just tremendous ridiculous to me. Amazing staff. Amazing vehicles. Amazing customer service. They are truly Angelic 🪽
