Absolute thieves!!! Having to deal with unfounded smoke and pet hair claims. Really??? No one smokes or had a pet in this vehicle. Very nasty and greedy credit card charges. Very nasty tactics!
a complete joke. first rental there was ridiculous too, but decided to chance it again. had made a minivan reservation 2 months in advance for pickup Saturday morning at 9am. was called and asked if i could come closer to 11 so they’d have a vehicle for me. get there at 11:30 and no van. he can’t tell me when a car will be there (the location closes at noon) or what car is en route. told me i can “call customer service.” no one could tell me what vehicle was being sent nor what time it would be there. after calls to both the... read more
Cheap rental cars, they could clean them up better
The big black dude is very rude!!! He didn’t greet me when I walked in to accompany my mother. But greeted the woman that came in after. He was very unpleasant in demeanor. My mom returned car and he said smelled like smoke. She doesn’t smoke, nor does she hang with people who partake in that activity. Then he didn’t tell us that we have to return car before 2:30pm charging her an extra day! We will be contacting corporate for these outrageous charges and unpleasant, rude customer service. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND.
