I was a loyal customer for a while even overlooking mishaps with booking and being over charged for nothing but customer service mistakes. Leon is probably the ONLY competent employee they have at that location. They location has really went down over the 6 months. I got charged because and employee had a appointment and had to leave early and closed before I arrived which was 2 minutes after 12. This place suck and should be closed down!!! They rent dirty unreliable cars all the time. My few experiences has been total destruction. 0 star if possible. Smoke filled cars with pet hair smh outside always dirty
Absolute thieves!!! Having to deal with unfounded smoke and pet hair claims. Really??? No one smokes or had a pet in this vehicle. Very nasty and greedy credit card charges. Very nasty tactics!
