I just want to address the most professional Budget/ Avis Team member I have experienced in 36 years of car renting. I picked up a car in Dulles and drove to Chesapeake. I noticed a pricing issue and visited this location. Amy was compassionate, professional and caring. She listened to my issues and made it her problem to fix. I was a little worried about renting a vehicle from here based on the reviews, but I had an overall very positive experience. The car exterior was not very clean, but exterior was good. Not much different than renting from enterprise. Employee’s were friendly and got me on my way quickly.
