Horrible experience!! when I say never go there I mean never go there, you can find so much better. If I can give this rating 0 stars I would. Costumer service was non existent, was calling all morning for answers on where we pick up our rental car that we scheduled to be picked up no one answer from 9 am to 2pm . I Drove all the way to out the to see what was going on and somehow are car wasn't there and we order it 3 weeks before and got confirmation letter and and everything. Terrible customer service. Did not have the vehicle we reserved. Said they called , but did not. No apologies and no resolution. Avoid if possible.
