The morality of the decision makers at this location are suspect at best. This location allowed me to pay for a rental car, knowing full well they did not have any cars at the site available. When I tried to cancel, they said it was "too late" and a $160 no-show fee would be applied. Luckily, probably through their own ineptitude, I was not charged the $160. Great customer service. Quick, easy checkout. However, the SUV they rented me was filthy inside and out. Not sure why the car wasn’t washed before handing it to me. Had to immediately go to the car wash.
