Made a reservation for a full size car. When I got there it was not available. I was given two options. I could take a small suv or be put on a call back list. I refused the suz and the customer service person gave me a number to call to complain. Called the number and they pretty much said without saying it, go to another branch and see if they have a vehicle. So customer has to solve the problem.
Vehicle smelled like marijuana and it wasn’t that clean.scheduled a rental vehicle and they didn’t have and instead of giving me a different vehicle or initiating a refund they gave me a number to call to get the refund.
Horrible service all the way around. Desk agent did not do a walk around with me. The vehicle was not what I reserved. I reserved a mid-size and she tried to give me a raggedy compact that smelled of smoke and the center console top was broken. I turned around and tried to return the car and the door was closed and locked. No one would open when I knocked. I dropped the keys in the drop box immediately. Worst experience ever. Do not go to this location.
What is the point of a reservation when you get a call the day of pickup to tell me you don't have what I reserved?
