I was a little worried about renting a vehicle from here based on the reviews, but I had an overall very positive experience. The car exterior was not very clean, but exterior was good. Not much different than renting from enterprise. Employee’s were friendly and got me on my way quickly.
They took my reservation and had a car. Unlike enterprise which called me up moments before I was to get a car to tell me they didn't have any. So, I'll be dealing with Budget from now on.
So we planned a trip and have several people riding with us so we reserved a 12 passenger van 6 months back. The week that we were to leave it snowed two days before rental pick up. Now I understand we cant control the weather. However, if you knew people were renting cars then they should of been prepared. We got here to pick up the vehicle two days after the snow.
