I'm definitely starting to see why this place has only 3.3 stars. I rented a car and had to extend the rental a few times. When I returned the car and inquired about the weird charges on my card, the guy behind the counter was rude and condescending. They ended up charging my card twice... Over $600 overpayment. Now it's 3 days later and I still don't have my money back and it looks like I will have to wait a couple of more days. This is a huge inconvenience and I do not recommend this place whatsoever. They were prompt in giving results of a rental. Pretty reasonable rate. Customer service was great.
I walked into this place Because at the airport budget car rental, where I had originally set up, my reservation did not accept debit card. I called the budget 800 number They informed me that this specific location would take debit card. I I got an uber that drove me over and upon arrival I read sign that said that they do take debit card however you have to be over 25 years old and you have to have another form of ID which yes I had.
