Overall decent rental, was given a free upgrade. Thats always a plus.
Reserved a cargo van and 2 days before my p/u date I was told they didn’t have any vans and the only vehicle available was a box truck.
Told me they would refund money within 30 days. It's past30 day still no refund!
I'm definitely starting to see why this place has only 3.3 stars. I rented a car and had to extend the rental a few times. When I returned the car and inquired about the weird charges on my card, the guy behind the counter was rude and condescending. They ended up charging my card twice... Over $600 overpayment. Now it's 3 days later and I still don't have my money back and it looks like I will have to wait a couple of more days. This is a huge inconvenience and I do not recommend this place whatsoever.
