I rented a Buick Envision from the Manchester Airport Budget Rent a Car location. I drove exactly 91 miles. I refueled exactly 3 miles from the rental car return. I put 3.906 gallons of gas into the vehicle and yet I was charged $45.95 for fuel service. If this were the only time this happened I would call it a mistake, but 3 rental periods in a row, all within 6 months, the same things happened, and now I'm calling it fraud. The worst customer experience I’ve had in years. 30 minute line, then 10 minutes for them to pull a car up, then credit card reader failed twice and needed to be restarted. Staff was rude to another customer who waited even longer, and then the car reeked of cigarettes.
