The worst customer experience I’ve had in years. 30 minute line, then 10 minutes for them to pull a car up, then credit card reader failed twice and needed to be restarted. Staff was rude to another customer who waited even longer, and then the car reeked of cigarettes.
Great service in and out and handing the car back was quick also
Don’t rent a car from these people!!! And disregard the phony apologies with email to which they never reply anyways. I think it’s a front for some money scheme disguised as a car rental business
I WAS NEARLY KILLED. On February 13, 2026 I rented a vehicle from the Manchester NH location. When I pulled on the highway Sunday morning I was sliding all over the place. It turns out the vehicle they rented me had BALD TIRES! This is unacceptable and is a serious violation of Federal Law.
Horrible. I reserved online and when I get there they ask me how I was able to reserve when they dont have any cars. After 20 minutes they were able to get me a minivan. The car on the outside disgusting. The windshield completely dirty on the inside food wrappers and drink bottles in the back. The customer service agent didn't explain anything other than how to get to the vehicle and had the audacity to ask me if I could give them a good review.
