Great service, good cars and management that focuses on making it right.
Didn't have my vehicle, waited 10 hrs and got a smaller vehicle. Customer service wouldn't reimburse me for any more than the uhaul trailer I had to rent. While I was there for 10 hrs 3 other ppl came in and had the same problem. Also had several customers complaining about flat tires and they would just send them to discount tire. Do not rent from them!!!!
Customer service has no idea how the e-toll option works. I sat on the phone with them yesterday for 35 minutes and no one knew anything. No wonder it was the cheapest.
Overpriced and if you don't have a credit card you have to have really good credit to rent a car from this company. Not that I needed to rent a car I'm just doing research for the community.
Costumer service is horrible , very rude and kept waiting until I got to location just to tell me I can’t rent … that could have been discussed or mentioned on website I will not be back
