I booked a car on priceline and it sent me to this Budget location. After presenting proof of the reservation (about $300 for a week), the woman at the counter politely refused it stating they aren't accepting reservations from OTAs. Instead she quoted $700 at the counter. I recommend looking elsewhere.

This place is absolutely horrible I reserved a car and the rude attitude lady at the counter needs to not deal with people period. I think a career at a correctional facility would suit her. Budget Rental should be ashamed of this kind of service. SMH Enterprise our company will use from here on out. HORRIBLE !!!!
You know, im sad that im having to write this bad review because up until we returned our box truck, we were very thankful for budget offering such an affordable 16' box truck. However, the lady at our drop off location needs a good 10 courses on GOOD customer service. The lot is tiny with almost all of the parking spots filled up. Again. We have a 16' box truck.
