I rented in Cheyenne WY. Chevy Equinox beautiful & comfie ride. When i returned it, the guy working re-wrote the contract. He gave me a new rental agreement with different #. The new contract is 4 x the original. He tried to get me on "needing gas". I was good and pics of gas gauge in Cheyenne & St. Cloud. My card was charged neither of the contract prices. I had an excellent experience at the Mesa airport with a young man Cameron. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my concerns and helped me chose a better SUV for me. They were very busy there yet he took the time. I told him I hope he gets his own business some day! Thank you Cameron

We were expecting an suv. Instead received a van. Which for our trip worked out well. But, whomever does the detailing needs to actually clean the vechile, inside and out!
