Friendly service. They were accomodating to our schedule and arranged a great vehicle. Vehicle was clean and new.
Didn't have the vehicle we had asked for.
I rented a minivan from the Roosevelt Rd. location. When I arrived at the rental location, the waiting area was a mess... multiple used cups on the table and trash was littered on the floor. Not a very good first impression for sure. Then when I was directed to my rental (Chrysler Pacifica), it was covered in dirt and bug splatter. The inside was full of sand on the carpet, wrappers were on the floor and multiple sunscreen stains were on the seats.
