Horrible. I have picked up multiple cars here and for the last two, I have waited over 1 hour each time. They only have one person working at a time, each guest takes >10 min to check out at the counter, they run out of cars frequently, and they have also run out of space to park when returning the car. Will not be coming back.

I had a reservation for pick up on early Friday and there was a huge line, which is confusing since the cars are reserved. In either case the line was not moving, and only one employee came to address employees. This employee’s manner of speaking was overly casual and confrontational, and not aligned with professional customer service standards. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I had to wait in line for over 2.5 hours to pick my car up and the gas tank was only 1/4 full. There was one employee working which was not enough. The long wait was due to being understaffed, the single staff member going on break and leaving everyone in line for 45minutes, then the extreme amount of time it took to get a car pulled up.
