Maaaan. This was bad! We've rented cars for decades and this had to be the single worst experience ever. To keep it as short as possible, which won't be easy, we reserved a Standard Elite suv. When we got the attendant was MISERABLE! Nasty, no eye contact, with a genuinely disgusting attitude. No name tag so I don't have a name for him - God knows I'd love to drop his name. Absolute Enttäuschung und Abzocke! Nach drei Tagen in New York wollten wir „zur Entspannung der Beine“ einen kleinen Roadtrip machen. Leider haben wir die Rechnung ohne diese Autovermietung gemacht. Diese kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Trotz einer bestätigten Reservierung und einer bereits im Vorfeld hinterlegten Kaution (Deposit) verlief die Abholung katastrophal.
