Our car rental was fithy and full of glass shards. They were all over the vehicle, on the dash, under the seats ad inside doors compartments. Outside the vehicle was also dirty.

Location (Alexandria Mark Hilton) is convenient, easy to get to and has minimal wait time. Staff was very responsive when I had an issue. Overall, a great experience and company/location I would recommend to anyone!
