I been renting at this location for a few months now. I have only experienced about two issues with not have the car ready at pickup or something like that. However my most recent experience with the agent Michael. Was by far the worst experience ever. I can’t express my frustration with the type of customer service I experienced with Michael. I would never want to do busy with this location why he’s working there.
I had an excellent experience with Budget! The staff was super friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. The car was clean and ready to go, and the customer service was top-notch from pickup to drop-off. I’m definitely renting from Budget again highly recommended!
I was very pleasantly surprised with this location. What seems an unassuming add-on to a hotel chain is really a masterfully run location managed by the wonderful Lydia. In the brief waiting period before I got my vehicle, I watched her handle several customer interactions with a compassionate ease that left customers better off than they realized they could be. She handled my rental with the same foresight, care, and knowledge. Thank you, Lydia! I will be back next time I need to rent.
