I had an excellent experience with Avis! Lydia and her staff are absolutely amazing professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. The car was ready right on time, spotless, and in perfect condition, which made the entire rental smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that provides both efficiency and such warm customer service. I truly appreciate the effort they put in, and I’ll definitely be renting from Avis again. Highly recommended!
Absolutely foul experience at the 5000 Seminary Road location. When I made the reservation through Priceline, I specifically asked about paying with a debit card, as I don't have a credit card. I went as far as to call the Budget location to confirm that I could pay for my rental and leave the deposit via debit card. I was told that I could.
