I reserved a minivan two weeks in advance. A rep called me one day before my reservation date to tell me that they don't have a van for me to rent. What is the point of making a reservation if Budget does not honor your reservation? If I could give a 0 or negative star I would. Truly unacceptable and disappointing.

Very poor customer service from employee Manuel. They didn’t call me in advanced saying they have any cars available. Customer behind me was advised saying they didn’t have cars and went off employee Manuel & somehow the employee was able to get the customer a vehicle despite us being first and prepaying in advanced. Manuel didn’t offer no other assistance or help regarding this issue and was very disrespectful in his demeanor. Will never book with Budget car rental services ever again.

the worst car rental experience i have had. Planned a long-awaited weekend trip, booked well in advance. Received a call the day before our scheduled pickup 15 minutes before closing to inform us we wouldn't be able to pick our car up until hours later, which would throw off our whole trip. A representative called me 30 minutes before my reservation to tell me that they didn't have a car for me. He offered no help and no solutions. His response was "I meant to call you and tell you yesterday." Budget support was no help and said I would have to make a new reservation in a different location and pay the much higher rate.
