If the person behind the desk can't book a reservation, can't answer questions and tells me that I have do it over the phone, then they shouldn't be there. This location is not up to your companies standards. Very disappointed.

Terrible y si hubiera menos 10 las estrellas se las ponia... reserve en Internet y pague y cuando voy a recoger el carro no me dieron porque el deposito era con tarjeta de crédito... nunca mas en mi vida vuelvo a rentar o reservar en esta compañía
