While I haven’t necessarily had great experiences with other rental companies and I normally dread renting, this past trip was flawless. Omar at this location even helped us change the one way drop off when the Uber wasn’t allowed at the DIA location. To top it all off, I left a difficult to describe tripod for my DJI Osmo Pocket 4, and I came in a week later and Omar knew exactly what it was that I had left when I told him I left an item in the car. He’s friendly, professional, proactive and very exceptional!
Wonderful courteous staff. Rental experience was easy and convenient. Great place for rental versus airport location. 5 stars all around.
