Tony was very helpful and prompt with addressing some billing related queries for my long term car rental. It was a relief to get it resolved quickly.
Came because Enterprise asked me for a power bill along with a bank card. Budget has less beaurcracy, and it turns out simple friendly service.
I reserved truck for one day 12ft with Liftgate, and I was asked 2 time about the lift gate, and they confirmed that on Friday, today when I arrived the branch, they don’t have it !!, I wast my time and I was lost $10k deal with my customer!!! Many thx budget !!!!
Had a really good experience at this location after an absolutely terrible experience at San Jose International Airport. I was able to transfer my reservation and they were able to give me an upgraded vehicle because they didn't have the vehicle I originally reserved. The associate here was very understanding and apologized for the experience at the airport and was able to help calm my nerves as I was pretty fired up after my experience earlier this morning.
