Title: Very Disappointed With Budget Very disappointed with my experience with Budget. The rental car I received was not properly cleaned and was not in an acceptable condition. I should not have had to accept a dirty vehicle after paying for a rental. The situation became even more frustrating because I had to go to several different airports trying to get another car. Great place to grab a rental. Easy access and the airport is not busy. Car was super clean. Quick process. Gentlemen at counter was super friendly and all went very smooth!
