Waiting in line behind 3 people for 20 minutes without ANY completed customers -same still standing there listening to the employees sales pitch about roadside service. Now it’s been 30 minutes without ANY & only ONE customer has gone to get their car. That employee is training someone & not taking the next customer. We rented Hyundai Ioniq 5 for 12 days. Both the service and the vehicle was good, we paid about 816 usd total. We actually planned to rent fuel car, but only electric vehicles were available when we arrived, so we had to pick up electric cars. Ioniq is a great car, honestly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Budget. When I returned my rental vehicle, I actually brought it back an hour early. Before leaving, I asked the employee if I needed to vacuum the sand out of the car from our beach trip. He specifically told me, “No, don’t worry about it. We’ll take care of it.” Based on what I was told by your employee, I left the vehicle.
