Reserved a car here twice (weeks in advance) and both times they didn't have any cars available when I arrived. Said they would call me when one became available, which never happened. Had to fight for a refund despite never receieving a car. Employees have been horrendous, dismissive, and rude every time. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider use this nightmare of a business.
Easy & competitive prices
Hoping to start earlier we arrived earlier than our reservation time. Unfortunately,there were no cars available even for those who were on time. It seems that they were overbooked. Mimi was civil, helpful and pleasant with all. It took about an hour to finally get some cars to get people going which came me from the airport. She gets the five stars for keeping her cool under pressure.
I am a photographer, I had a gig in NewYork at 4hpm. So I book my rental early morning 7:30am. I got there extra early. I wait one hour this branch was closed, and guess what their was no indication no any sign of someone to help. Frustrated and worried I call customer's service, they were very nice to me and they book me another car to another branch.
