Rude counter service, despite saying I refused a service, still added it. Dirty cars, some d9nt have keys... Rude staff in garage. Pay the extra, wait longer, go to a different company.

I rented a car from Budget at Boston Logan, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The car itself was brand new, but from the moment I got inside, I started itching all over — something in the car was clearly bothering me. I even had a friend ride with me, and I told him, “Bro, I’m itching, what’s going on?” so I know it wasn’t just in my head. Waited in line for 90 minutes, did NOT get a chance to review the rental agreement, which included the most expensive toll option, did not get a printed copy of the rental agreement, the agent said "I emailed it to you" shoved the keys at us and moved on to the next customer. We paid 2-3x what we normally would have for tolls; the car was parked in a garage for half of our 6-day trip!
