We had a great experience, Amber gave us great customer service I’m so appreciative of her.
First they tried to cancel on me saying that they didn't have the car. Then they tried to overcharge me 276 dollars, and then overcharged me 21 dollars.
I rented here before and I didn’t have any problems but today was just a complete disaster. I came to this location to rent an SUV because the location by my house wasn’t offering the price I wanted lesson learned stop being cheap. I paid for an Uber to come here and I went inside and went to the counter and I gave Frank my driver’s license and my credit card and immediately when he saw the name of the company he said they can’t take it because it comes from Chime. Good experience with Mr. Michael as always but horrible experience afterwards they charged me for a extra day I didn't have the car didn't send ANY of my deposit back then when I called said they charged me for 1 extra day for 100 dollars the total was 160 something for the entire weekend... Then afterwards I still only got half my deposit back a week later... I currently still back and forth about the remainder of my deposit these businesses have to start being held accountable for how they handle situations with your money... read more
