After all the troubles we had at a different budget location, we ended up at crabtree and the lady helped us so much! The customer service was great and she ended up solving all of our problems compared to the prior location!
Had a great experience at this location. We had issues getting a car at their airport location, but they were quick and helpful here!
Do not come here!!! I reserved a car weeks in advance and paid 400 dollars for the reservation for them to call the morning of my trip to tell me that they do not have the vehicle. They then make you call customer service to see if there’s a vehicle in the area and no vehicles!! Asked about my 400 dollars to use towards getting an alternative type of transportation and that takes 3-10 business days to be returned. Unable to go on my trip now, 1000s of dollars wasted. Beware: No parking available for personal vehicles. Parked at Crabtree (where this location is) & charged over $1K for towing fees during rental period. Location needs to inform customers!!!!!
