Amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The cars are clean and well taken care of. I will be renting from here again in the future.
The whole pick up and drop off experience was very quick and smooth. Fran was very helpful at the pick up spot and got me a great car. No issues, in and out took about 30 minutes.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Angel at Budget Rent a Car on East 44th Street. I had a reservation to return my rental car by 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, I was attending my great-aunt's funeral that day and arrived at 3:13 PM, just after the office had closed. When I got there, I had no idea what to do with the vehicle. Doesn't pick up their phone, then asks why I didn't call ahead to confirm availability (they didn't have the vehicle class I booked).
Returning a car and the employee gets a microscope out to check for crumbs/hair and says they’re gonna charge a cleaning fee. I rent cars all the time and have the same process of vacuuming it out before returning - did the same thing here and they said I’d be charged a cleaning fee of minimum of $125.
