I attempted to rent a vehicle from this Budget location, and the experience was both costly and extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was unable to complete my rental because their ID scanner would not register my valid driver’s license. I immediately contacted the Secretary of State, who confirmed that my license is active, valid, and has no issues.
