I reserved a cargo van a month in advance for my move to university. I was transferred to three different locations before being informed that there were no vehicles in the Detroit market whatsoever. Luckily they were charitable enough to wave my cancellation fee. Left scrambling to find an alternative.
After my last experience dealing with this location, I have zero trust that they are even making a serious attempt to make vehicles available to their customers on time. To add insult to injury, they actually tried to flip the table and pull out all the stops to financially penalize me for them not having the vehicle available as promised.
