Edited after Budget response: I am over 25 I was told it was not possible at ALL by the women at the front desk. So they were not correct? And I was stranded for no reason. Terrible policy that left my mother and I stranded for hours. Apparently no matter how much is in your checking you cannot rent without a credit card. Ive been renting cars for 10 years and never had a problem like this
