Not one working at the front desk, waited for 1+ hours
Uncaring and un flexible employees in a situation where I was quite desperate to get my reserved car. Will never be using this company again and I’d recommend you do the same. Only giving two stars as I had previously rented a car with them with no issues, otherwise it’s a -10/5.
Waited over an hour to get my car
Uncaring & inflexible company and employees. Flight was canceled, so we headed back down to the counter to ask for the car we just dropped off at an airport that did not have a single arrival after we arrived. Woman behind the counter at 5:01PM said "no more cars" and walked away. I could see our car. She lied and simply did not want to help us because we were 60 seconds past their "close" time. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will never rent a car via budget again. Have called every 10mins for the past 4 hours trying to contact someone at the Montrose location with no answer. National call center can not and will not do anything to try and help get in contact with someone. They just say they cant help i need to contact the location and that there is no agents available. What a joke!
