Absolutely horrible customer service. Will never rent a car via budget again. Have called every 10mins for the past 4 hours trying to contact someone at the Montrose location with no answer. National call center can not and will not do anything to try and help get in contact with someone. They just say they cant help i need to contact the location and that there is no agents available. What a joke!
This location should be shut down. On 8/3/2026 at 3pm they hand one person work the counter with over 24 people in the tagent could care less that fast break member waited over an hour in line. The manager should demote.
Montrose airport Colorado. Fast Track member. Been in line 1 hr and still waiting.
Their agent can't even be bothered to show up for work. To get a car i have to take an Uber 65 miles to Their next closed location. There service sucks
Agent was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to rent to us with a debit card, which I do frequently when I travel. When we produced a utility bill, with our names, she still refused after making us wait 40 minutes. We are local and just needed a car for the weekend because my husband's is in the shop. Will not rent again and filing a formal complaint.
