Uncaring and inflexible employees in a situation where I was quite desperate to get my reserved car. Will never be using this company again and I’d recommend you do the same. Only giving two stars as I had previously rented a car with them with no issues, otherwise it’s a -10/5.

Waited over an hour to get my car
Uncaring & inflexible company and employees. Flight was canceled, so we headed back down to the counter to ask for the car we just dropped off at an airport that did not have a single arrival after we arrived. Woman behind the counter at 5:01PM said "no more cars" and walked away. I could see our car. She lied and simply did not want to help us because we were 60 seconds past their "close" time.
