Great Car Rental Company only one I try to rent with because the way they treat there customers. So much hospitality.
Best rental car in Juneau for sure easiest counter to deal with and quickest.
What a scam. Booked on Priceline, when I got to Juneau the counter was closed. There was a note saying that there was a late policy saying if anyone was 2 hours late, they forfeit their rental due to inventory. Nothing in the confirmation I received said anything about this. Nothing in my reservation said I couldn’t pick up last 8pm. They took my money knowing damn well I couldn’t pick the car up.
