If I could give a negative review I would! No one was manning the desk, I had to call some guy’s cell number, leave a voicemail, and wait for someone to call me back and tell me they have no cars available despite me having a reservation made through their direct website. The whole process was completely unprofessional! Don’t bother with renting with this Budget. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.
