Worst experience I've ever had with a car rental. Picked up the car taking the family vacation to drive one way from bullhead City to La my daughter has autoimmune issues as well as my wife they're both having asthma attacks because this car smells like cats have been living in it for years. Easy to rent and Easy to return.
I got scammed by this location! I rented a car for one day. 11/20/25-11/21/25. I returned the car within the 24-hour period. When we returned our car, the girl at the front desk, I believe her name was Drea, was helping someone else. She looked at us and asked if we were returning our car? and we said "yes". She said I'll take the keys. I said "is that all there is" she said yes! Apparently she did not check our car in at the time. It was done at her convenience after she waited on her customers. Tried to charge me almost $700 for one day rental. Said it was because a shortage of cars. I emailed them at least three times before I got them to reduce the charge.
