Tried to charge me almost $700 for one day rental. Said it was because a shortage of cars. I emailed them at least three times before I got them to reduce the charge.
Huge thanks to the gals working at the Bullhead City Airport location the morning of Jan 4 2025! We we unable to get our car unlocked on return day and the 800 telephone support was no help either so we ended up leaving the car in our hotel parking lot and made our way to the airport so we didn’t miss our flight. One of the employees wasn’t even working that day but offered to take another employee and go pick up the car on our behalf. Make sure you document EVERYTHING with them. Gave me a damaged vehicle, which i accepted since the girl at the counter said id get a free day for, but was charged for said free day and now they're saying the free day was never documented and the charges stand. DO NOT DEAL WITH BUDGET!!
After a nightmare experience with our rental that we picked up in Vegas, these guys literally saved our vacation exchanging out the horribly maintained VW that Vegas provided us. Thanks so much Bullhead crew!!!
