This review is for Cassidy only. Thank you for your help with the car ("check exit safety system" light came on, along with other lights and it wouldn't go into drive. She told me press key fob onto push start & hold for 3 seconds). You saved me so much time. Helena is closed on Sundays and roadside assistance was of no help. Told me they have tow the car to Bozeman and drop me off in Butte! So much for help, Budget. I was on the phone for 1 1/2hrs.

Never got our deposit back. We filled tank and everything. Even told us we didn't have to because there vehicle nearly killed us. Scam here. Definitely won't be doing business here.

This place is so unprofessional. The whole state. They do not treat people like they’re humans. I had a rental car and was flying out of Bozeman. The agent did not tell me there was a “one way fee” so once I received my receipt I called. The agent Cassidy stated, that was an issue on the new employees part, but there was nothing she could do and it is what it is. She even hung up on me once and I had to call back.
