This place is terrible. The younger customer service rep with shoulder length brown hair working on July 27, 2017 should be fired! I waited 45 mins with my family of 5 only to be told the "airportrentalcar.com" site That is authorized to rent their cars mislead me into believing the car pick up was at the Myrtle Beach Airport terminal. She tossed my paperwork back to me and simply said, "wrong location" and called "next"!!!! Are you kidding me? I went to the counter assuming this is where I pick up my car. I spend 45 minutes in line while my family was waiting. When I finally FINALLY got to the counter, the person took one look at my reservation and said, "your at the wrong facility, the other is 5 minutes away", I then asked what I do because I my reservation said "airport". Her retort was, " this is what happens when you book third party". I was very unhappy, the person never offered me a car on her lot, and worse she was smug! I dislike people like this...... read more
