HORRIBLE customer service! I reserved a car for a pick up time of 6:00pm. I called at 5:26 to let them know that I was on my way and that I would be there at 5:58. Christon sounded irritated that I was on my way (even though I would arrive before they closed at 6:00). I called at 5:57 and he had already turned the phones over so that they would go to a call center and not the local store. The lights were out and the doors locked when I got there. I reserved a car in Myrtle Beach for a family member to get back to Greenville because I was out of state and couldn't pick them up. I used my credit card for the reservation and there wasn't a prepay option. My family member needed to pay with a debit card. A less than $200 charge and they ran a credit check. They would not take my credit card info over the phone. I could hear the woman at the counter and she was treating him like he was trying to steal the car. Great service. In and out quick. Love the off site location for pick up. Not like the lines at the airport-car was clean and ready when I arrived. Had great rates Would use this location again
