Lady at counter added extras without telling me and then proceeded to charge my card over 1000$ without telling me!! My card declined and then she said there’s nothing she can do and to come back in 24 hours. They are not open on the weekend at the time she charged my card and every other location in the surrounding areas is sold out. I don’t have my rental right now because of this employee! So ran around all morning, got my credit ran for no reason, got my card used without my permission , and then got told lies! Incompete... read more

Great experience!! I have rented from this location multiple times and every time it has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and great to deal with.

These owners care about customer satisfaction. They straightened out a huge mess for us from the Charleston SC location when the 1-800 line seemed unable to resolve. We would recommend anyone who flies in to vacation at Myrtle Beach to rent a car here.

Super quick and easy process even with me adding an additional day. Mrs. Kelly was awesome, super efficient, and was nice to talk to while she got me taken care of. I will surely rent from this location over the airport ANYTIME!
