Fine, until you need to speak to someone on the phone. They absolutely don't care about wasting people's time to save a few bucks on phone agents. Avoid them
Unfortunately for such a simple service it was a very poor experience. The booth attendant was fine to deal with, but everything else was poor. Firstly, the booth was understaffed, just one attendant and it was a 30 minute wait in a queue to get served. Meanwhile, Europcar next door had 3 staff on and no queue. Second, the attendant entered my data, but then the system crashed and it had to be entered again, causing further delay. Absolutely disgusting experience. I returned the car with a FULL fuel tank and personally spent hours deep cleaning it before handing it back. The staff member who inspected the car checked everything carefully and clearly told me I was “all good to go.” After I got back to Melbourne, they suddenly charged me $80 for fuel and an outrageous $460 for “cleaning.” This is completely dishonest and feels like nothing more than a scam to squeeze extra money out of customers after the return is completed.
