Taylah promptly helped by saving our money and she was kind hearted by at least giving us a ute which was unexpected but it was worth it.So if we didn't go there then we'd be stuck there all night cause of another car rental company messed up our booking.Taylah smile and professional was amazing and well recognised.

Rented a budget car for 1 week at a rate of $600 per week. Insurance was a further $600 and a 1 day extension was quoted At $375/day. Budget is a misnomer with this company. I will vote with my feet next time and go elsewhere

I arrived at the airport desk in tears today after the bloke in the carpark was rude when I tried to ask him about returning a car that I had damaged. I was simply asking how I could get my 3 x 23kg suitcases + hand luggage, laptop and personal items into the terminal as a single, 45kg woman with only 2 hands and no trolleys around. Mans was real abrasive until he saw tears rolling out from under my sunglasses and changed his tune swiftly. Thought we were late. Had a run around because the location on the map directed us to the wrong spot. The desk is inside the airport opposite the baggage carousels. However, once there we met with Aurelien and he was fantastic. He assured us that they don't close until 12:30, so even with our flight delayed we were able to get the car and be on our way.
