I would give 0 stars if I could. We prebooked a small car in advance before our trip to Cairns. On arrival at the airport there was a 45 minute wait in the queue despite there only being 2 people ahead of me. Once I got to the head of the queue I was informed that there were only medium sized SUVs available even though I had booked the car well in advance. I paid for a mystery car and ended up with an SUV at no extra charge so I was pretty happy with that. I'm only taking out a point as they were pushing for extra insurance, when i told them that there was insurance included in booking.com they claimed that they do not know what is included and pretty much didn't want to discuss it. If you're taking bookings via booking.com, it's pretty disappointing that you don't know or won't even try to understand what's included in that booking.
For the love of god book with a different company. It doesn’t matter if you pre book you will be waiting for at least an hour to fill out more details until they give you the keys. If you happen to have booked already SPRINT from the airplane. If you’re not first in line you’re screwed.
