Avoid at all costs Alarming billing management: multiple charges with no clear justification, “pending” transactions that disappear, and no consistency between the amounts debited and the documents provided. The documents were sent after the fact, once the charges had already been taken, leaving the customer with no way to properly understand or verify the amounts charged. This level of opacity is unacceptable for an international company. I strongly advise anyone who cares about their finances to avoid Budget.
Car was parked on the other side of the carpark, considering we had an infant with us, you would think they would have parked it closer to the front.
Great experience at counter on arrival. Michelle was so helpful and great and threw in some bonus travel tips which were great. Awesome new car too. Saw Michelle on return and got a big wave too. Well done!
So it’s now 45 mins waiting to pick up a car I booked a month ago. Another 15 odd people waiting as well. Never again budget this is rubbish
Taylah promptly helped by saving our money and she was kind hearted by at least giving us a ute which was unexpected but it was worth it.So if we didn't go there then we'd be stuck there all night cause of another car rental company messed up our booking.Taylah smile and professional was amazing and well recognised.
