Sketchy, do not recommend! Had the car returned on time, clean and full and got charged additional charges after the car return agent approved it was full and clean and provided us with a receipt that said no balance due, paid in full! Horrible business! I called in and they have to do a ticket and will take 3-5 days for a response, as they hold my money. Do not use!
Charged me extra for renting with a debit card, which has never happened to me before. Tried to rent me a cheaper vehicle than I reserved. Attendant (said his name was David, but with a smirk) at MCI was very snarky and condescending. I’m not sure how long rental car companies can keep up this awful customer service before their industry is disrupted by an alternative.
CHECK RECENT REVIEWS, BAD TRIES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY BOOK OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.I’m a former employee. I work there for two months and a half as a detailer. I noticed before I started detailing that the cars were super dirty and didn’t get clean the correct way. I noticed all the people that work there ,other than me didn’t clean the cars the correct way. Likely if you rent here after this post if you’re getting a dirty car. I booked through Costco and this place charged me double what was expected. They did not let me decline liability insurance. I just signed what was presented to me bc I assumed I was paying the original quoted rate.
Trash service, trash cars....wait 30 minutes to upload your reservation or it literally twice as much???? Such a scam
