Had a reservation for a moving truck at 9am. Showed up and there was no truck in the lot. I walked in and talked to the guy and it was like it was his first day. He called someone and then told me i would have to go pick up the truck at another location because they didnt have one there. How pathetic.

Pay your employees more so they don't have bad customer service

I rented a Dodge 2500 Truck from this location. I was helped by Kathy the day I picked up and also the day I returned. She is an Outstanding employee!! Just want to let her manager know how Awesome she is, and she deserves a raise! It's so hard to find good employees these days and you should be appreciative when you have one like Kathy! Thanks again, Kathy!!!

I would give this place negative stars if possible. I went to pick up my scheduled rental car at noon and the place was empty. The lights were on but doors locked with a note taped to the window that said be back in 15-20 mins. I spent almost an hour on the phone with customer service before I could actually speak with someone who could understand the situation. The employee did not return to the location.
