Warning, Mike and Budget Blinds in Lakewood is an absolute nightmare to work with! Do not hire if you want professional, prompt service! We put our 60% deposit down for blinds Dec 2024 and the order is still not completed and it is August 2025. Mike tells you he will get back with you about delayed orders and never does. He never follows up when he says he is going to and I have had to constantly reach out to get answers. Same exact experience as other customers. I wish I had read the reviews before trusting Michael and Hillary in my home and with my money. Edited to add: I had to contact BBB and emailed every Budget Blinds franchise owner in the Denver metro area with my story and issue with Michael. After a few of the local franchisers and BBB got in touch with him, Michael finally called me and gave me some bogus story and we finally scheduled the install and received the product we paid for.

I wish we had read the yelp reviews because every review posted here is exactly what is happening to us. To start, it is worth mentioning that all of the budget blinds in our area (West and Downtown Denver or Golden) are different franchises with different owners, so while the service is terrible for West downtown, the product themselves was not bad.
