This review is way overdue, as it was a year ago, but Sejal did a fantastic job with all the blinds for our office. We had just renovated and needed all new blinds in our conference rooms. Sejal brought samples, gave guidance as to what would work best in each location and was friendly, professional, and reponsive. The price was fair, the order didn't take long to come in, and the installation was 100% perfect. I would highly recommend this location of Budget Blinds.
We had repair and reinstall of our blinds. They responded very quickly and did a great job and the cost was reasonable.
We had a great experience with Budget Blinds Novi. Sejal and Jeff were wonderful to work with. Sejal is awesome and knows her products well, at the original consultation she came with samples and helped us pick out our window treatments and Jeff did a great job with the installation. The first time we worked with them was actually over a year ago for our whole house and our blinds have held up great and look really nice. Sejal and Jeff were so easy to work with. Sejal was very knowledgeable with the products. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and had many options. The best part was, she came and met with me almost immediately and was very flexible with scheduling an appointment. Jeff is very detail oriented and makes sure the blinds look absolutely perfect.
