I have used blinds.com multiple times in the past. They have lost me as a customer after my most recent transaction. I had bought blinds but took me 6 months to hang them. 1 I miss measured. I called and did not fall under the replacement window, I get it, my fault. They offered me 20% off to do a remake (at the time they were offering 30% off on the web but I had to meet the $ amount to get it). I needed it to complete a job so I just ordered it. It was a great experience to deal with Budget Blinds. I feel that the blinds are very well made and look fantastic. The sales person that I met with listened to my ideas on what I wanted and helped me select the perfect blinds for my house. The communication with them was excellent and the installer was very professional and personable. I am so happy with how beautiful they look and with the whole experience in dealing with the company. I also felt their pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
Everyone from Budget Blinds was so friendly and helpful from Colleen who answered the phone to Sean who meticulously installed my very tall vertical blinds. I couldn't be happier. So glad I chose Budget Blinds
