Called to get blinds in revelstoks for inside house first lady I called very helpful and friendly....Shari not helpful at all could have done way better just ended call kinda rude to deal with should be retrained immediately.
I have worked with Budget Blinds on 2 purchases and 1 warranty request. In all 3 interactions, the staff involved in the process of purchasing and warranty requests was handled with professionalism, knowledge, experience and friendliness. I am very satisfied with my purchases and the warranty process was seamless. I would recommend Budget Blinds as your provider of blinds.
We are beyond pleased with Budget Blinds. Monica was our consultant and recommended shutters. There were small problems after installation which required 2 months each to properly fix, but BB stepped up to the plate after I asked to withhold the final payment until we were satisfied, which was today. They were as prompt as could be in being proactive and reactive to the small but visual deficiencies. All is good, and BB is highly recommended.
Excellent overall experience! Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me to select colours and blinds that went well with my decor. Installation was quick and seamless. Love the end result. Highly recommend.
